The Spider (Cross Core): Forged from premium 20Cr carbon-alloy steel and heat-treated to an immense hardness rating of HRC 58-64 to combat operational stress and structural fatigue.
Winged/Flanged Bearing Caps: Unlike typical circular caps that seat deep within a yoke pocket using simple clips, two of these caps feature integrated, flat structural wing-plates with mounting bolt holes.
Mounting & Retention Hardware: The kit comes equipped with specialized structural high-tensile bolts and flat backing lock-plates to physically bolt the flanged caps surface-flat against the driving yoke interface.
Internal Needle Rollers & Seals: The journals are packed with precision GCr15 roller pins encased by high-durability rubber seals designed to maintain clean internal lubrication while locking out water, road dust, and salt.
